TASK 2 - Classroom rules

Discuss classroom rules with your MENTOR. Identify any other rules which need to be made explicit. Frame all rules using positive language. Identify how these rules are being reinforced during the school day and note opportunities to teach these rulesConstruct your own means of recording this. e.g. Table 3 below.

1.     Follow the teacher’s directions immediately.
·       Follow me to take you to your right way.
·       Follow me to know what you will do.
·       Read the rules every day
·       Post them in a display so the students can see all the time.
2.     Listen when someone else is speaking.
·       Your friend speaks first next I will listen to you dear.
·       Can you listen to her until she finishes.
·       Remind them every time if they boycotting someone speak.
·       Raising a stop signal when someone speak so the other will be quite and listen.
3.     Do your personal best all the time.
·       Try your best all the time.
·       Learn from your mistake.
·       Encourage every time by words like a good job, excellent, your are the amazing student.
·       Keep them try everything with our encourage.
·       Show them other best work so they will Encouraged and do their best.
4.     Speak English in class.
·       English our class language.
·       Read the rules again so they will remember to speak English in the class.
·       The teacher raises her hand so the students stop speak Arabic. (If she speaks Arabic)
